Job Title:  Plant General Manager, Assembly Distribution Center

Location:  Laem Chabang, Thailand

Key responsibilities of the post:

• The Assembly Distribution Center is a modification facility for assembly, engineering and distribution of the full range of Global Fleet Sales vehicles including armored, emergency response & evacuation, fire & rescue, special off-road, light refrigerated, transit ambulances, etc.

·         Responsible for plant operation and maintenance.

·         Establish plant policies and procedures.

·         Responsible for plant production goals.

·         Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.

·         Ensure effective vehicle quality control system.

·         Manage quality improvement projects and strategies.

·         Establish and maintain relationships with all department heads, executive committee and customers.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related field
• Technical knowledge with at least 8 years experience, preferably within the automotive manufacturing field.  At least 4 years at management level.
• Strong business management skills with profit and loss responsibility.
• Experience of leading a technical facility.
• Experience with the development and direction of plant operation, maintenance and monitoring of production targets.
• Good command of English communication is essential.
